Our history
David and Lucy began their careers in the City of London, working at a Big Four accountancy firm advising some of the world’s largest businesses.
Over time, their work shifted towards venture-backed start-ups and growing founder-led companies. It quickly became clear that smaller businesses struggled to access the same quality of advice, insight, and service standards available to large corporates.
Parry & Parry was founded in 2016 to close that gap — bringing big-firm expertise and disciplined, high-quality service to people building something new.

Our team
Lucy Parry
Director and Founder
​
Lucy is a Tax Advisory (CIOT) with more than 20 years experience helping large and small clients manage complex tax and business issues.
​
She spent the first 15 years of her career working in the City for a Big 4 firm before founding Parry & Parry.
​
Lucy's career highlights include designing some of the tax reliefs used by creative businesses.
David Parry
Director and Founder

David is a Chartered Accountant (ICAEW).
David has extensive experience of working with many of the most exciting companies in the UK and US.
Before founding P&P, David spent much of career with global consulting and technology companies and likes nothing better than mentoring clients as they seek to grow their businesses.
Jane Foley
Accounts Assistant

Jane is a highly experienced finance professional and is both a ICAEW Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Advisor.

Before joining our team Jane has worked as a Finance Director for a range established and fast growing businesses.
Laura Schofield
Payroll and Accounts Assistant

Laura has a pivotal role in our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll department.

Prior to joining P&P Laura worked for a number of large organisations in the pharmaceutical and vehicle industries where her organisational and technical skills were highly valued and which have proven a huge asset to her work at P&P
Accounts Assistant

Laura is an experienced accountant who focused on management accounting and financial reporting.
Before joining P&P Laura worked in Finance for a number of major organisations in Cambridge and has excellent experience of supporting businesses big and small.
